  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • WhatsApp number (in E.164 format)
  • Country of origin (detected by IP)
  • Campaign parameters (UTMs) and referral URL
  • Optional answers to the qualification questionnaire

3. Purpose of processing

  • Confirm your registration and send you event access
  • Send event reminders by email and WhatsApp
  • Inform you about IkiHub events, programs, and related communications
  • Improve our content and tailor future offers to your profile

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your express consent, given by checking the acceptance box on the registration form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to wilbert.moreno@ikihubglobal.com.

5. Data retention

We retain your data while you maintain an active interest in our services, or until you request its deletion. Data from specific events is retained for a maximum of 24 months.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We may share it only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (email delivery, hosting), under confidentiality agreements.

7. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access: know what data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Cancellation/deletion: request deletion of your data.
  • Objection: object to processing for commercial purposes.
  • Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

We use technical cookies necessary for the platform to function. We do not use third-party tracking cookies unless explicitly indicated and your consent is requested.

Your data may be processed on servers located in the United States under protection standards equivalent to those applicable in your country of residence.

Any material change will be communicated by email to registered users at least 15 days in advance.
